Verified Purchase. I bought a new Galaxy A20 and wanted a "quick reference" book to look up information as I needed it.
Many answers can be found on the device itself, but not everything, and I didn't want to print out an entire manual. This is not that book. The worst thing about the book is there is no index. The only way to find answers is to go to the contents page at the front of the book and look through all the chapters! This is a dreadful deficiency for a "how to" reference book where you may not need to read the entire book, but just want to look up a specific item from time to time.
The pictures and illustrations are of extremely poor quality; many are so "grainy" that the print cannot be read. There are many grammatical errors, confusing word choices, and it appears to have been written by someone who is not an English speaker. It appears the book did not go through any kind of editorial process, and perhaps was rushed to publication. The only positive thing I can say about this book is that it has large print, 12 point font or maybe a bit higher.
There is no way to tell which model he's talking about so if you've got, like me, an A10e there's no indication that a particular feature is or is not available on a particular model, especially for a newbie. It just throws a big, steaming pile of undifferentiated data at you and you've got to wade in up to your neck and blindly feel around to find what's useful to you.
One person found this helpful. If you go through the book, pages , you will find it easy to work with and very helpful. However, if you just need to grab a piece of information on a specific issue, it is a bit less helpful.
I was looking for how to scan QR codes and had to go online for a quick answer. It may be in the book, but I didn't see it. As other people have already noted, an index might make have made all the difference. Not a good resource for A10E.
